CHICAGO — Vancouver-based Quality Move Management (QMM) will be the first recipient of Allied Van Lines' 2011 Canadian Agent of the Year Award, announced Allied yesterday.
The award — which will be presented in May 2012 at the Allied Van Lines Operations Conference in Edmonton — recognizes QMM for excellence in booking activity and growth, overall rating and quality improvement, and hauling activity.
“Quality Move Management continues to set the bar for excellence for our Canadian agent system,” said Rob Grohn, president of Allied Van Lines Canada. “We are proud to recognize them as the first recipient of this prestigious award, which is an honor in itself.”
“We are extremely honored by this recognition, which reflects both our industry leadership and commitment to delivering outstanding service and value to all of our customers,” said Kevin St. George, president of QMM.
“This would not have been possible without the dedication of our exceptional employees who work tirelessly to exceed our customers’ expectations.”
QMM has locations in Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton, handles more relocations than any Allied agent in Canada and is the largest cross-border moving company in North America.
