MISSISSUAGA, ON — Hino Motors Canada announced today the arrival of a new Cab-over-engine Crew Cab configuration of the 2013 Hino 195, set to hit dealer yards as early as March.
Built on GVWR Cab-over-engine (COE) chassis, the Hino 195 Crew Cab will be showcased at Truck World 2012.
(Truck World is run by Newcom Business Media, the company that owns Today's Trucking.)
The new Hino 195 fully complies with the current EPA2010 emission regulations, the company said.
The four door, six passenger cab has Hino's 5.1 litre diesel engine producing 210 horsepower and 440 lb.-ft of torque. Hino also said that the aerodynamics were improved.
The cab is designed to accommodate drivers up to 6'6" tall, and comes with list of standard features like keyless entry, and Bluetooth.
“This new product is ideal for getting the entire work crew along with all the materials to the jobsite in one trip,” said Eric Smith, vice president of sales at Hino Canada.
He added the introduction of the new Hino COE models have been setting new company sales records.
The Hino 195 Crew Cab is covered by Hino’s 1-3-5 Customer Protection Program that combines 1 year / 50,000 km free maintenance, 3 years HinoWatch roadside assistance and 5 year / 280,000 km engine and transmission warranty.
