Big Road acquired by Fleet Complete

TORONTO, ON – Fleet telematics and mobile workforce technology provider, Fleet Complete, has announced its acquisition of Big Road, an hour-of-service (HOS) and regulatory compliance solutions provider.

Fleet Complete says with this acquisition, they will have the means of providing an electronic logging device (ELD) compliance platform across North America.

Based and founded in Waterloo, Ontario, Big Road was founded to address the new HOS regulations placed on the trucking industry. With almost 480,000 downloads, Big Road’s first mobile HOS app, Big Road Mobile App is the most download HOS app available.
