The ramps off the 190 north and southbound to Buffalo Ave. and the ramps from Buffalo Ave. both ways to 190 will also be closed, according to the Ontario Trucking Association. The ramps from the Robert Moses to the north and southbound 190 will all be closed from Sept. 23 to October 31.
