Fontaine Fifth Wheel Group Gets New President

TRUSSVILLE, ALKen Kelley was named group president of Fontaine Fifth Wheel companies, Fontaine Fifth Wheel, Fontaine Parts Connection, Fontaine Coupling Solutions and Fontaine Fifth Wheel Europe.

Kelley, a 27-year veteran of the commercial vehicle industry, is responsible for growing Fontaine’s global portfolio of fifth-wheel solutions focused on improving vehicle lifecycle costs.

“Ken has proven himself to have the right mix of experience and expertise to lead our Fontaine Fifth Wheel companies to further growth,” says Glenn Chambers, president of Marmon Highway Technologies Engineered Components Group, Fontaine’s parent company.

“His technical knowledge and focus on customer needs equip him to guide his group to develop the new products and services our fleet and aftermarket customers need to minimize downtime and improve profitability,” Chambers said.

Kelley has sales, marketing and engineering experience and has been with Marmon Highway Technologies since 1992. Before taking over as Fontaine Fifth Wheel Group president, he served as president of Webb Severe Duty. He previously worked for Dana Corporation, Walther EMC and ConMet.

He is a long-time member of the Technology and Maintenance Council and holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Auburn University.
