Freight Billing Processor DDC FPO Enters Canada

DENVER, CO – The U.S. freight billing processor DDC FPO has entered the Canadian market, signing up Dicom Transportation Group as its newest client.

The Montreal-based provider of multiple trucking and logistics services is implementing a new business process management (BPM) model.

In a release the BPM is described as having “robust business intelligence, new integration capabilities and, ultimately, significantly enhanced time efficiency and service quality for its customers.”

The rollout is expected to be completed sometime this month, and includes customized, multi-lingual programs for bill of lading and parcel invoice processing, specific to the needs of Dicom customers in its Express and Freight business units.

DDC FPO is a division of The DDC Group, a worldwide network of business process experts and systems with operations across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, with services in over 40 languages serving the transportation industry.

Dicom has offices throughout the U.S. and Canada and provides regional parcel transportation, less-than-truckload, full truckload, freight management, cross-border, and final-mile services.
