Haldex merges business units
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Haldex Commercial Vehicle Systems will combine its Brake Controls and Air Management Business divisions into a new Air Controls Business unit.
The new division will be led by Paul Bale.
The company is merging the two because of their strong working relationship. Its sales unit will remain intact.
