How to bridge the generational gap: seminar

TORONTO- Digital natives, or millennials, who have grown up with technology are now entering the workforce with new expectations and skills.

At 11:30 a.m. on March 26, the Toronto Trucking Association is hosting a seminar to learn how workplaces can bridge the generational gap.

The main speaker is Mosaic People President Vanessa Judelman. Whether facilitating, training or coaching, Judelman has worked with organizations such as Campbell’s Soup, Food Banks of Canada, Motorola, Torstar Digital, Workopolis, the United Nations and CIBC.

She is noted as an expert in her industry and has been published and quoted in The Globe and Mail and the National Post and is a regular contributor to CKNW Radio and is a guest lecturer in the MBA program at Ted Rogers School of Management.

The seminar will be held at Weston Golf and Country Club in Toronto. Tickets are $80.00 for members and $135.00 for non-members.

In this session participants will:

  • Learn the common myths about the generations at work;
  • Understand the impact of digital natives on the changing workplace;
  • Learn four key strategies that they can leverage to bridge the generational gap for a more productive workplace.
