Mitchell 1 has announced the release of TruckSeries, the latest upgrade of its labor-estimating, diagnostic trouble-code procedures, and repair information for all-makes medium- and heavy-duty trucks. The new software suite is a single online application that guides truck service technicians through every stage of the repair process.

Called the next generation of the company’s suite of products for commercial vehicles, it consolidates several products onto a single platform so that technicians can now access all repair information with one login.

Mitchell 1 has combined the data available in its original online truck products, Tractor-Trailer.net, Medium-Truck.net, Repair-Connect.net, and TruckLabor into a modular format that allows customers to activate the individual software products separately or as a bundled package from a single login. With the streamlined platform of TruckSeries, a technician can estimate the labor time and access the information to correctly diagnose and complete the work, all within a few mouse clicks. TruckSeries also includes enhancements to vehicle selection, printing, search capabilities and user-friendly wiring diagrams.

TruckSeries offers truck technicians a one-stop data resource with scalable wiring diagrams, digital pictures, DTC-to-diagnostics and more, delivered in seconds. Current subscribers to Mitchell 1 online truck products are being switched to the new platform in a phased approach.
