Mullen director resigns
OKOTOKS, Alta. – The Mullen Group announced today that Bruce W. Mullen has resigned as a director of the company for personal reasons.
"Mr. Mullen has held many positions during his more than 30 years of service to Mullen Group, the most recent position being a director of the Company. On behalf of the entire Mullen organization, I wish to thank Bruce for his outstanding contribution to Mullen Group," stated Mr. Murray K. Mullen, Chairman and CEO.
