WINNIPEG -- Maxim Truck & Trailer has been awarded the 2010 HSBC Bank Canada Business Award.

The award recognizes the efforts of local businesses that encourage employee volunteerism, and that actively participate in a project to better the community, by providing funds, other resources or people.

Maxim Truck & Trailer was nominated by CancerCare Manitoba Foundation for their dedicated efforts to The Challenge for Life among other projects they participate in within the province.

The award will be presented at the Annual Volunteer Service Awards Dinner on Tuesday, April 20, 2010.
