VanPort closes access gate to container trucks

VANCOUVER – Beginning Monday, August 16, 2010, Port Metro Vancouver (PMV) is closing the Clark Drive access for about six weeks to inbound container trucks from 7 am to 5 pm, between Monday through Friday.


July spot freight index up 122%

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Transcore's North American Freight Index continued a strong showing, with a 122 percent increase in spot market freight availability in July, compared to this time last year.
