OTA opens registration for NextGen Program

The OTA's Next Generation Certificate Program: The Class of 2014.Toronto, ON – Registration has opened for the Ontario Trucking Association’s Next Generation Certificate program.

The program, which kicks off in February, is delivered by The Humphrey Group, a Toronto-based training and consulting firm.

It is designed as an intensive leadership development initiative for the trucking industry’s future leaders. The main objective of the four-part certificate program is to strengthen a future leader’s ability to communicate effectively and inspire action in others.

OTA warns member to register participants early to avoid disappointment. The training is provided in small groups, and space is limited.
