Pedro Ferro named CEO of Fras-le

Pedro Ferro, now Fras-le CEO

CAXIAS DO SUL, BRAZIL -- Pedro Ferro has been appointed as the new CEO of Fras-le, the world's largest manufacturer of brake linings for commercial vehicles.

Ferro recently relocated to his native Brazil and joins Fras-le after a successful career at Meritor as senior vice president and president of the company's Aftermarket & Trailers business. He previously held executive positions over many years with Webb Wheel, Motor Coach Industries, and Cummins.

As part of the Randon Group of companies, Fras-le has over 60 years as a global player in the development and manufacture of friction materials, brake pads, brake linings, clutch facings, and other such materials.

Ferro succeeds Daniel Randon, new CFO of the Randon Group.

Fras-le has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Brazil, the United States, and China, with warehouses in Germany, United Arab Emirates, and Argentina. Its products are in use on the roads of more than 100 countries on five continents.
