Peterbilt Manitoba tops in service marks

DENTON, TX — Peterbilt Manitoba has been named Peterbilt First Class Service Excellence Dealer of the Year, recognizing the highest dealer group performance for First Class Service Excellence.

Mike Conroy, Peterbilt’s director – field service, referred to the honor as a “true testament” to the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Peterbilt Manitoba had the highest overall score in First Class Service Excellence criteria.

“Our team recognizes the importance of servicing our customers and providing premium care for the PACCAR MX engines. Measuring the service performance of dealer groups within the Peterbilt network makes us all rise to the occasion and improve our customers’ experiences,” said Doug Danylchuk, dealer principal, when accepting the award at the company’s annual dealer meeting.

Peterbilt has more than 300 dealers across North America.
