Portable Under-Vehicle Lighting

Vehicle-lift maker Stertil-Koni has announced a portable, magnetic, high-intensity LED light designed to affix easily to a broad range of metal surfaces commonly found in maintenance shops, including the company’s own vehicle lifting systems.

Called ‘Palm Light’, it will be available in the first quarter of 2016 and provides up to 800 lumens of directed light. It’s contained in a robust, die-cast aluminum housing, making it capable of withstanding much more than the common knocks, bumps, and drops that are part of the everyday shop environment.

The 10-watt Palm LED Light is powered with a lithium-ion 11.1 volt 2200 mAh battery, is IP65 dust- and water-resistant and comes with a 12.6 volt 0.8A charger with a magnetic charging base – all as standard.

The company says the Palm Light will help reduce overall repair time.
