Quebec Fleets Form Strategic Partnership

LANORAIE, QC and L’ASSOMPTION, QC — The trucking companies Express Mondor and Transport l’Épiphanie have announced they have formed a strategic partnership to accelerate their growth.

The two will harmonize the management and operation of their fleets in order to optimize equipment use and better meet the needs of their customers across North America, according to a news release.

Express Mondor, based in Lanoraie, QC, and Transport l’Épiphanie, based in L’Assomption, QC, specialize in oversize transportation, serving a cross-section of customers in a variety of industries in Canada and the U.S.

The two say the agreement will make it possible for them optimally manage, maintain and operate a combined fleet of more than 80 tractors and 200 modern trailers.

“We are delighted with this agreement, which will allow Transport l’Épiphanie to strive for continued growth by capitalizing on additional skills and resources, in order to better meet the needs of our customers, while continuing to offer fast and personalized service, seven days a week, 24 hours a day,” says Éric Morin, President of Transport l’Épiphanie.

Since its founding in 1995, Express Mondor said it has made yearly investments to ensure its stock of vehicles is constantly being renewed, giving it a fleet of more than 60 trucks and 150 trailers.

Transport l’Épiphanie has operated in the general, non-standard (oversized) and heavy transportation industry for more than 65 years and currently has a fleet of 20 tractors and 50 trailers.
