Stemco, Gaff ink truck components partnership

MILLINGTON, Mich. — Stemco, an EnPro Industries company, has formed an investment strategic alliance with Gaff International to provide suspension components to the commercial vehicle makers in the U.S. and Canada.

The alliance will report through the Stemco Kaiser suspension component group based in Millington, Mich.

Gaff International, based in Mexico City, manufactures high performance polyurethane components, including bushings, engine supports, torque rods, and components for many other applications for both the OEM and replacement markets. Stemco Kaiser provides king pin and spring pin kits.

Gaff will transfer all distribution of its products in the U.S. and Canada exclusively to Stemco Kaiser, which will provide an investment in Gaff.
