Mack Trucks has unveiled a new mobile app, Mack ASIST, that customers can use to manage service activities.

The cloud-based Service Relationship Management tool connects fleet customers, dealers, service providers, Mack field staff, and Mack Uptime Center connected during service and repair.

The free app features a quick link to the Mack Uptime Center based in Greensboro, North Carolina.

It’s being piloted with select customers through a partnership with Decisiv, and is supported by Android and iOS operating systems.
