Toronto Transportation Club elects new executives

Toronto, ON – Tim Roulston is the new president of the Toronto Transportation Club.

Routston, CN Rail’s director of sales intermodal wholesale, was elected at the club’s annual general meeting in Toronto on Dec. 4.

Other member of the Toronto Transportation Club executive committee are:

* Peter J Collins, director national accounts and business development for Multivans Inc. – past president;

* Lori McCreight, chief financial officer for Maritime-Ontario Freight Lines Limited – first vice president;

* Gary Fast, associate vice president, transportation operations for Canadian Tire – second vice president.

The 2015 board of the Toronto Transportation Club includes:

   • Brad Bowering, senior district sales manager, central region, Peterbilt of Canada;

   • Kathy Cartan, president, Motive Media Ltd.;

   • Colin Sood, strategic development, Meyers Transport;

   • Donna Kelly, partner and director, TSI Group;

   • Joe Glionna, director, Newcom Business Media Inc.;

   • Eric Carusi, general manager, TPT Systems, Division of Transpro Freight Systems;

   • Brad Carter, general manager of sales and marketing, China Shipping (Canada) Agency Co. Ltd.;

   • Mike Fontaine, general manager, C.H. Robinson Company (Canada) Ltd.;

   • Mary Clarke, manager of cargo domestic sales, Air Canada;

   • Cynthia Nagamatsu, vice president of commercial client services Hargraft Schofield LP;

   • Ted Brown, executive vice president, Muir’s Cartage and Indis Inc. Calx;

   • James Mitton, vice president, national accounts, Apps Transport Group; and

   • Nicole Methven, director of sales, Canadian Pacific Intermodal.

The annual general meeting was followed by the club’s 101st annual dinner. Close to 1000 industry professionals attended in the Main Ball room at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto.

The Rosedale Group received the “Platinum Standard Recognition Award” for outstanding contribution and participation. Accepting on behalf of Rosedale was president Rolly Uloth.

Founded in 1913, the Toronto Transportation Club represents trucking companies, shippers, private fleets, railways, steamship lines, airlines, freight brokers, third party logistics, freight forwarders, customs brokers, couriers, suppliers and other transportation related businesses.
