KITCHENER, ON – TyCorra Group, operating as Wabash Canada – a trailer dealer serving markets in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes — has appointed Shawn Lacey as president.

Lacey has spent the past three years in the retail business, completing acquisitions, divestitures, and managing more than 250 employees across five Cara Foods restaurants in Ontario. That experience, coupled with a background as an executive in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transport, and finance position him well for the opportunity, the company says.

“Shawn’s experience and fit with our business model is unparalleled in our industry. Shawn further strengthens our leadership, allowing for greater focus on growth of our business in all segments and regions,” said Brent Larson, managing director and CEO of TyCorra Group.

Wabash Canada distributes products made by Wabash National, including dry vans, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and accessory products.
