WEBB spins Multi-function fuel management system

Designed for heavy-duty diesel engines, WEBB’s 700 Series fuel management system is said to be capable of monitoring and controlling all necessary fuel system maintenance functions simultaneously, including filtration, water separation, and fuel heating. All three separate but related actions are performed within a compact lightweight unit with a transparent housing. The housing’s clear top dome and bottom bowl clearly display the level of filter restriction and water accumulation for timely maintenance.

The 700 utilizes the patented StrataPore fuel filter by employing a multi-layer media design to provide maximum contaminant removal and conform to the requirements of present ESI programs. The system also incorporates WEBB’s patented Venturi diffuser technology, which removes water and heavy contaminants present in the system, and integral fuel heater/cooler to maintain the temperature of the fuel.

The company says that with the transparent filter, operators can now see at a glance when it’s time to change the fuel filter of drain accumulated water.
