Bendix adds host of changes to customer service

ELYRIA, OH – Bendix is extending the hours of its North American Customer Service Centers and enabling bilingual access to customer service representatives through an automated phone menu.

Effective Aug. 22, representatives will be available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., E.S.T.

The extension means that customers in the East can reach a representative by phone three hours later than is currently available. Customers in the West – who formerly accessed their rep via a West Coast service location – can reach a Bendix team member three hours earlier.

A Spanish language option for the phone menu is expected to be available later in 2016.

Bendix is also updating segments of its order placement process, effective Aug. 22. For customers in the U.S. and Canada, apart from Quebec, the email address for orders is changing to orders@bendix.com.

The number for fax orders is also changing to (260) 356-0506. For customers within Quebec, the process for submitting orders will not change: email orders to MLT-CustomerService@bendix.com or fax them to (514) 323-1352.
