KIRKLAND, WA – Mike Nagle’s Bayview Kenworth in St. John, NB, has been selected for Kenworth’s 2016 Dealer Council.
The prominent council, which aims to keep customer support leading-edge, features leading executives from across some 360 Kenworth dealerships in the U.S. and Canada.
Nagle’s Bayview Trucks and Equipment became part of the Kenworth team in 2007, after some 35 years as a major east coast dealership.
“The challenges fleets and owner-operators face can vary widely depending on how and where they operate their trucks,” said Carl Herzog, council chair and VP of of Central Illinois Trucks. “If you look at its dealer network, Kenworth has customer-focused dealers with a wide variety of different perspectives and experiences in serving customers,” Herzog added. “The makeup of the Kenworth Dealer Council is designed to be as representative of that body as possible. After all, Kenworth dealers serve customers involved in a wide variety of different segments, some with unique operational and maintenance needs.”
Other additions to the 2016 council include:
Chairperson – Carl Herzog, Central Illinois Trucks, Normal, Illinois; Will Bruser, Truckworx Kenworth, Birmingham, Alabama; Mike Clark, Wisconsin Kenworth, Madison, Wisconsin; David Laird, Papé Kenworth, Eugene, Oregon; Mike Nagle, Bayview Kenworth, St. John, New Brunswick; Dan Penksa, Kenworth Northeast Group, Buffalo, New York; and Tim Spurgeon, MHC Kenworth, Leawood, Kansas.
