WINNIPEG, MB. – Bison Transport is busy winning left and right. While the Winnipeg company was taking home the large carrier safety award in Las Vegas for the sixth year in a row, back in Canada, it was being heralded by Forbes as one of Canada’s best employers.

Bison was one of 12 organizations from the transportation sector and the only trucking company to receive the accolade from Forbes.

But that’s not all.

Bison also won best overall large fleet at the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) awards. And lastly, veteran Bison driver Mike Tricco picked up the owner-operator of the year award for TCA.

Addressing the Las Vegas crowd on behalf of Bison for its tremendous safety achievements, Rob Penner said, “Our mission is to make sure that every one of our drivers makes it home safely each and every time.”

It’s the ninth time Bison has won the fleet safety award.
